After spending 30 years in executive and managerial roles in for-profit and non-profit organizations I decided to transition to helping others find a better job, develop a career path, or start a business. 
 

I am passionate about coaching and mentoring, I am a proficient connector and networker, and I have published over 100 articles on topics ranging from career transition, job search, resume writing, and interviewing to evaluating and negotiating job offers.

As a Job Search Sherpa I derive great satisfaction from guiding people to land the job they really want so they can find meaning in their work and enjoy the Psychic Salary™ they've always dreamed about.

 

I help people find their path, make a successful career transition, or launch a business. ​​​Over the years, many people have told me "I don't know what I want in a job, but I know this isn't it!" and I also often hear "I feel stuck"; so in a sense I help people get unstuck.

I have reviewed hundreds of resumes and interviewed hundreds of people for various positions. I know how job candidates are eliminated from contention and how others get to the interview process, get job offers and negotiate a fair comp package.

 

Many struggle with selling themselves and securing an offer. I have worked as a career coach with people from varied fields and backgrounds. My clients include executives, sales professionals, accounting and finance managers, entrepreneurs starting a company, government workers, and non-profit executive directors to name just a few. In every instance they were either seeking to advance their career or start a new one.
